Isla ALWAYS gives 110% - a little pocket rocket in the mid but will give all positions a red-hot crack even if she feels nervous about it!!!

She is a very resilient and reliable player with great skills and ball movement as well as a great supporter of all her teammates on and off the court.

Big shout out to our amazing . Without our umpires, there is no game, and we are incredibly grateful for every one of you.

A huge congratulations to Charlotte Lawson, who yesterday umpired her first senior game - an outstanding achievement while still participating in our Green Shirt Umpire Program. A special thank you to Sue for mentoring Charlotte through this important milestone.

We'd also like to acknowledge Carol and Chonny for their leadership and dedication in developing the next generation of umpires. The success of this program is a direct reflection of the time and effort you both invest. Thank you to our badged umpires - Chonny, Carol, Donna and Zoe - who continue to mentor and support our emerging umpires each week.

A special mention to Mel McCauley, and thank you for stepping in to umpire our League game yesterday. We are incredibly grateful for your support whenever needed.

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a strong and dedicated group of umpires at Willunga Netball Club.

Shout out to Chonny, our Umpire Coordinator, for leading this group with such enthusiasm, care and dedication, and to all of our mentors who continue to support and develop the next generation of officials. Thank you!

Please see the attached canteen roster for this week's home match against Yank.

UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR SLOT??
If you are unable to fulfill your allocated shift, please:
❤️ arrange for someone else to cover your shift or a swap with someone else
❤️ notify your team manager of the change
❤️ alternatively, opt to pay the canteen levy, and the club will cover your slot 😀
🛑 No shows will be required to pay the canteen levy in full.

Volunteering is a huge part of what keeps our club running, your support helps us provide food, service and a great game‑day experience for everyone who walks through the gates.

A huge congratulations to Lucy Gilmore, our Senior 4 Player of the Week.

Lucy, who usually holds down GK, has been putting in the work, and it’s showing. Her commitment to improving her game, her willingness to learn, and the effort she brings to training are all translating beautifully onto the court.

We’re seeing growing confidence, stronger defensive pressure, and much sharper positioning each week. Her positive attitude, persistence, and determination to keep developing her skills make her a standout in this group.
