Let’s talk lower back pain 💥
How annoying is it!
(Keeping in mind i’m not clinically trained)

Being very sporty while trying to maintain and look after my body all at the same time.
I have been trying to fit 10-15 minutes of specific exercises in each day to support my core strength, which will support my spine.
These are some examples of exercises that work for me, that I like to do.



P.S this Reel took me an hour to make 😂 practice makes perfect 👌

Lake Bolac - Tuesday 2nd June 7pm class CANCELLED

Unfortunately we have had to cancel tomorrow evenings class after a little netball incident over the weekend.

We will be firing at all cylinders again on Friday morning at 9:30am!
