This is ‘The Rig’ it’s such a fun play thing! I can teach you how to do strict pull ups, Kipping pull ups, butterfly pull ups, chest to bar pull ups, toes to bar & bar muscle ups. We can even rack a barbell on it!🤩

I’m ready! Now offering Personal Training sessions in my new purpose-built garage/gym in central Warrnambool & MVMNT365. It’s been a little while in the making but I’m ready…I’m totally ready 😃

I’ll be offering Gymnastics training by building strength and mobility in the gymnastics foundational movements. Think upside down, extremely strong core and pulling strength. They’re just a couple of the cool outcomes from this style of training, it’s so much fun 🤩

Weightlifting is also on the menu, along with functional strength and conditioning.

Combining all of the above will give you so many options and so many opportunities for change mentally and physically ❤️

Give me a holler if you’re ready for some fun 🤩
