Our motto is to 'Rise up, Rise Above' which encompasses our vision for everyone that we work with. Coaching includes Strength & Conditioning and/or Athletics Coaching specialising in middle distance, throws and jumps.

Well done to Nick Jukawics on his performance today at the 2026 Victorian All Schools. Nick came in with a slight injury and managed the event really well all considered. He got better with every throw but was beaten in the last round by 5cm which happens in these events.

Nick locked away his top 2 for Perth Nationals in December….time to get to work 💪🏽

Congratulations to Angus.throws on his performances today at the 2026 Victorian All Schools.

Angus won the U18 Boys Discus by close to 10m with a decent season opener of 55.78m. He then backed that up with a silver in the Shot Put with a solid throw of 15.86m. Angus hasn’t spent much time with the Shot so it is a great result.

Gus will now prepare for the National All Schools in Perth this December.

Huge congratulations to Lexi Pickford on her win today in very trying conditions at the athsvic All Schools Track and Field championships today.

The comp was delayed due to weather with the circle becoming flooded at times but that didn’t stop Lex from keeping her composure to secure the win with a PB and National Qualifier of 37.45m to take the state title once again.

Another great result so early in the season and to lock away her National qualifier for All Schools and the Australian titles is a great start to the year. Also well done on the silver in Hammer yesterday 👌

Good luck to these two legends over in Sydney for the National Short Course Swimming Championships. Both have shown the hard work and dedication required both in the pool and in the gym to reach their goals. Swim well 💪🏽

Well done to Eli Kerr on his recent performances at the 2026 Australian Swim Trials. Eli excelled all week and has broken multiple Victorian Records for the 15 year old age group (S9) along with an Open record for the S9 200m freestyle….all at the age of 14!!! 😳😲
