OJFIT 4 LIFE My goal is to inspire healthy living and to help you see all the benefits that come from change.

Being a good role model for my children means the world to me and it is so rewarding watching them listen, learn and begin to understand the importance of being active, not only physically but mentally. I want to help teach this next generation 'how to think' not necessarily 'what to think'. I also want to help as many people as I can realise the importance of making time for themselves, because y

ou matter. If I rewind a little, my passion began after we had moved to a small country town called Chinchilla. Our daughter was only 6mths old and we had never moved away from our home town before, so naturally it took me awhile to find my feet. I was lucky enough to have stumbled across a bootcamp program running in a local park where I not only found my love for fitness but I realised that being around like minded people, who are there to support you, have your back and build you up rather than break you down was such a big part of this journey. I knew then I wanted to share this feeling and eventually create my own business with my own values to follow. Skipping forward a few chapters, we had a beautiful baby boy in this time and a year later we were setting of again, only this time with 2 dogs and 2 kids to the top end of Australia. I completed my studies, gained experience throughout 2 renowned gyms in darwin and as of April 2020 went out on my own to start building my own business and haven't looked back. I wouldn't be where I am today with out my team, and I am proud to say I have lots to learn because lets face it if you think you know everything you don't really know much at all.
