As we age we fear jumping... fear of injury, past experiences and the messaging out there. We then lose confidence in impact, balance and speed😱

Muscles weaken, bones lose stimulus, tendons stiffen — which actually makes impact feel scarier and less controlled.

The truth is that appropriately trained jumping builds confidence, bone strength, and resilience.

When it’s reintroduced gradually, safely and with intention, fear fades — because the body remembers that it’s capable💥😁

We don’t age out of jumping... we lose it when we stop practising it.

(There is a small percentage of the population who simply cannot jump for various reasons)

As we step into the New Year, we’re not chasing extremes or “new year, new me” energy.

We’re continuing to set more smart goals, building on the strong foundations from 2025 and continuing to move in ways that support our bodies and support us as we move through "real" life - not perfectly, but consistently (and definitely not burpees every day😅)

Same community.

Stronger.
More balanced.
