Static stretches (stretching when you hold a pose for a certain amount of time) should be done after your workout. Why? Recent studies have shown that doing static stretching before a workout can impede your body’s performance. It can make you weaker & slower during your workout.

The best thing to do before a workout is Dynamic stretches, these are movement based stretches like leg swings, arm circles & butt kicks, just to name a few.

Remember Dynamic stretches before your workout and Static stretches to finish 😃

Don’t do it for them, do it for you, make yourself a priority.

Building routine, structure & habit will get you places you thought were out of reach.

You can change your life for the better by simply showing up and getting it done.

We all have bad days, and that’s okay, but I guarantee once you get yourself up and moving your whole mood will change and you can turn those bad days into good days ♥️
