Jesus will not fail you.
He may not answer your prayer exactly how you’d like Him to - But He WILL NOT FAIL YOU.
He sees all, and
He sees the big picture.
He sees things we can’t see.
His plans, His ways, His solutions,
are above and beyond anything we could come up with.
He knows what needs to be done for the ultimate outcome, even though we may not understand it at the time.
He is God!
Remember that!
He is God, and we are not.
His ways are better than ours.
Trust Him
He will not fail you.

Today I choose to rejoice,
not because everything in my life is fantastic,
but because I choose not to dwell on the negative but on the positive.
When I focus on all the good things in my life I then notice that there is so much to be joyful about.
Our lives have not been easy,
but if we give too much time dwelling on the past,
which no longer exists, which we can’t change – it will destroy the light and joy that is to be found in the right here, right now.
Everyone has experienced pain in their lives,
no one is spared from it,
however… not everyone is miserable,
and not everyone is happy.
The people we observe as happy are not without pain,
they simply know how NOT to be controlled by it.
Is it easy to fight the negative – Nope!
Is it worth it - oh absolutely!
Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we respond to it.
I believe God desires for us to rise up and put on a new attitude (Ezra 10:4) because He will bring us out of our hardship with twice what we had before it. (Is 61:7)
I say AMEN to that, and
I say AMEN for you! 🙌

God gave me a picture….
I saw people being pushed into a corner where they had no where to turn, no way of escape and they were at a loss of what to do. I saw them slump to the ground feeling helpless, as if this was the end.
Then I saw a snapshot of Paul and Silas chained up in prison.
Then another of Peter, chained up between two soldiers in jail.
The next picture was of the chains keeping them bound breaking and falling to the ground and these men of God, walking away free.
And then God showed me the chains that were keeping people prisoners, stuck in these corners with no where to go, breaking! Their chains were not just unlocked so they could be used again to contain. These chains were snapped so they were useless, no good for anything apart from being thrown away.
If you’re feeling stuck, and pushed into a corner, you are not helpless, you know where your help comes from, and help IS coming.
God has not run out of remarkable, redeeming plans to deliver and rescue. He’s not looking at your situation with no solution in mind.
He is going to break and wreck the chains that are confining you and you’re going to leave walking differently.
I actually see you walking away from the corner with a confident swagger because now You have experienced the incredible divine intervention of your almighty God - hallelujah.

Eat a piece of fruit!!
But what kind of fruit?
What about patience - but that can be a bit sour at times.
Self control - well, that’s just straight out difficult to get your hands on, especially in off seasons.
Peace - it’s one of my all time favourite fruits. It’s just so pleasant to eat. But sometimes I don’t choose it even though it’s ripe for the picking.
Joy - is delicious but because it’s seasonal, there never seems to be enough of it. But I do indulge in it when it’s available.
Love - love can be a bit sweet at times especially if you don’t feel like something sweet.
Which fruit do need a piece of at the moment?

Where would I be if I didn’t have You in my life, Lord?
Where would I be without You going before me to prepare the way?
Where would I be without You walking with me?
Where would I be without Your presence?
Where would I be without Your friendship and Lordship?
Gratefulness and thankfulness is not enough to offer You,
So I’ll surrender all I am to You, knowing I can trust the One who is all good, in all ways.

On Friday, when I was praying, I kept feeling that I needed to pray for people to be LIFTED UP.
Those words kept rolling out for people, “Lord, lift them up!” “Lord, lift them up!”
And I pray it for you.
Whatever situation you’re going through that you’d prefer not to be…Lord, lift them up.
For those in a struggle of any kind, health, sadness, heartache…Lord, lift them up.
If you’re feeling so down and you don’t know how to pick yourself up…Lord, lift them up!
In fact, as I write this, I see someone in a pit, it’s dark, deep and dirty. It’s not where you want to be but you can’t seem to climb out…Lord, LIFT THEM UP and OUT, right now in Jesus name!
For each person who has read this and has felt it was for them, I pray…
Lord, lift them up.
Lift them out of what they’re going through.
And place them exactly where you desire them to be.
Fill them with your love.
Heal their hurts Lord.
Heal them mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Fill them with peace, I pray
And with overflowing, indescribable, immeasurable, supernatural joy!
In Jesus mighty name, I pray.

More of Him, less of me.
More of His word, and less of me doing other things that I deem important.
More of His presence in my life and me looking to Jesus, and less of me thinking of myself and my problems.
More of His plans and His will for my life, and less of my wants and earthly desires.
May God become greater in our lives and the things of self become less.
