One of the most common mistakes new runners make is waiting for the β€œofficial training block” before they begin moving.

Start now.
Start simple.
Start with walking.

There’s a saying in running:
β€œTrain so you can train.”

In other words, before your body is ready to handle running training, it first needs the foundations to support it.
You earn the right to train… by training.

That doesn’t mean smashing yourself from day one.
It means:

β€’ building time on feet
β€’ building consistency
