We’re proud and excited to have one of our Next Level MTB team members selected for the 2026/27 Trail Building Management program, as the only Australian in this international group of trail professionals.

This opportunity follows years of hard work by our friends at the DIRTT Project, together with IMBA Europe and Fagskolen Viken, to establish formal education, stronger professional standards and clearer career pathways for trail builders.

It will be a big year of study, travel and practical learning in Norway and Scotland. A well-earned opportunity for one of our team, and we’re excited to support the journey and bring that knowledge back to Australia.

Silver City MTB Trails in Zeehan, on Tasmania’s remote West Coast, are a great reminder of the wild and beautiful places we have in our own backyard. It was a tough build, but one we’d take on again for the privilege of working in a place like this.
