💯You've built a good business, but you seem to keep hitting "a ceiling"
Business owners often say to me:
"I feel like I'm doing all the right things, but I don't seem to be getting any further ahead."
❓️Sometimes the business has gone from startup to $1M, $3M or even $5M in revenue, and you still feel like you are not getting ahead.....
💲On paper, the business has grown, but the feeling and the day to day feels the same.
That might be because revenue isn't the real ceiling.
🧐It could be Cash flow
🧐Profit perhaps
🧐Leadership is a common constraint.
🧐Systems?
I dont know until until we have got to know each other......
Often, the ceiling isn't made from concrete.
🔥It's made from beliefs and habits.
Telling yourself the same things
The same conversations with your accountant
The same way of looking at money, people and tax The same approach to anything new.
I watched the McDonald's movie recently, and one part really stood out. Ray Kroc was growing McDonald's franchises, but he was running out of cash. He was trying to make the model work one burger at a time.
Then someone sat across the table from him and said, "You're not in the burger business. You're in the real estate business."
That was the shift. A new perspective that changed everything for that business.
🤔Maybe the next level in your business doesn't require more revenue, people, or marketing.......
Often you just need someone to ask you some different quality questions, to give you some different quality answers.
And thats how you get to the next level 📈
