Parenthood is so beautiful, and it can also be deeply overstimulating sometimes 🤍

Between the mental load, the constant responsibility, the noise, the multitasking, and being needed throughout the day, it's easy to lose touch with how we're actually feeling.

Over time, yoga has helped me recognise the early signs that I need support instead of simply pushing through.

Why gentle movement postpartum matters 🩷

After birth, your body isn’t something to “bounce back” — it’s something to be supported, slowly and with care.

In the Mums n' Bubs class, I focus on gentle movement as it can help to:
✨ reconnect you with your body (after everything it’s been through)
✨ support your pelvic floor + deep core — without strain
✨ regulate your nervous system (supporting a calmer mind + body)
✨ ease tension from feeding, holding, and long nights
✨ build strength gradually, in a way that actually lasts

But just as importantly, the class gives you a moment.
A breath.
A pause in the noise.
A chance to feel like you again — even if it’s just for a little while.

And it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Your baby doesn’t have to sleep.
You don’t have to “get through” a full class.
You can feed, rock, pause, cuddle… and still be part of it.

The Mums & Bubs class is a space for real life motherhood — not the polished version.
