This is only our second Father’s Day as dads..

And we’re starting to understand the weight so many dads carry.

The pressure to provide.
The guilt when work takes you away.
Trying to show up for everyone while putting yourself last.

We want our gym to be one hour where you don’t have to carry everything.

One hour to breathe.
To laugh.
To get roasted by the coach.
Most importantly feel like yourself again.

Then go home a little lighter.

To every dad doing his best with a weight most people never see..
