KX Pilates Leichhardt KX Pilates is a different kind of fitness experience. We focus on delivering long lasting results though small, continuous improvements to your fitness.

Combining traditional reformer Pilates principles with progressive techniques, we curate high-intensity workouts designed to challenge every body. Our methodology is founded upon the ‘Kaizen Xperience’, originating from the Japanese philosophy of ‘kaizen’, or, ‘change for the better’. Our workouts are always dynamic, always tailored, and always 50 minutes — train harder and smarter.
