Winter is here!

And there has never been a better time to walk into FitLab.

It's cold. Which means more time indoors, less walks, activities, and more comfort food.

After 15 years of serving Melbourne, we see this every Winter.

But we also see the opposite. We see people lock in, make fitness a routine, and prioritise their health.

Then all of a sudden the cold doesn't sting that much and we float through our day with limitless energy.

Our athletes range from 5-78.

And while we're all different sizes and abilities, we connect over a love of movement and being human!

Kids will copy what they see. And our CrossFit kids are lucky to have so many positive role models around them.

It's never too early to start CrossFit, and it's certainly never too late.

We bring the intensity with StrengthLab and CrossFit, then bliss out with mobility, incorporating some much needed stretching and recovery to get ready for a new week.
