🏉 SHEPPARTON STARS – WESTERN AFFILIATES TOURNAMENT ⭐

We’re encouraging all registered players to trial for the Shepparton Stars to represent our region at the Western Affiliates Cup in Ballarat on 28th –29th November.

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue developing your game, improve your skills, gain valuable experience and compete against other regions while proudly representing Shepparton. 💪

There will be Men’s, Women’s and Mixed teams, with trials held to determine the final squads.

Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, take your touch football to the next level or simply experience representative touch, we encourage you to put your name forward!

REFEREES ARE READY FOR ROUND 3! 👏

This week some of our referees completed their Affiliates Referee Course thanks to Touch Football Victoria and are ready to put their new skills into practice next week! 🙌

We’re also excited to welcome referee mentors over the next couple of weeks to provide extra guidance, support and confidence as they continue developing their skills.

It’s been fast-paced, exciting touch footy across the first two rounds, with plenty of tries on the board and the competition starting to heat up!

💚 Male Leader: Kydan Atkinson from The Mob leads the way with 8 tries!

💙 Female Leaders: Giaan Williamson from Mavericks and Tinesha De Palma from WLR are leading the women’s leaderboard, both sitting on 3 tries! 👏

A special shoutout to Giaan, who has just earned selection in the Alliance Merit Team — what an achievement! 🙌
