Of course we can not forget to thank our wonderful coaches, Gus, Molly, Darcy & Sammy.

Sammy was busy competing and judging all day (also earning himself 3 gold and 1 silver medal 🥇🥇🥇🥈) and because he was so busy, our other black belts stepped up to help our students! (Of course between also competing themselves)

And an extra special mention to Darcy’s dad Mark who was a volunteer from 8am until past 5pm ! 👏🏼

Days like today do not happen without the wonderful parents and coaches behind our students! Thank you all 🏆 ❤️

Today our students competed in the 2026 ATV 3rd Poomsae Championships & Selections! 🏆👏

We are SO proud of every single one of our athletes who stepped onto the mats today! ❤️🥋

Brendan is coming home with an impressive 3 gold medals! 🥇🥇🥇

Damon had an awesome day, coming home with 2 gold & 1 silver ! 🥇🥇🥈

Brodie with a fantastic 1 gold & 2 silvers! 🥇🥈🥈

Allena secured 2 silvers & 1 bronze! 🥈🥈🥉

Seneesa secured herself a silver medal! 🥈

Molly is also coming home with a silver medal! 🥈

Of course we can not forget our friends from clubs outside of Koryo, regardless of clubs, it’s so amazing to be able to compete aside you all.
