Sheffield Football Club would like to sincerely thank Senior Coach Aaron McNab for his commitment, leadership and contribution to the Robins.
Aaron’s journey in the red and black began in 2019, when he joined Sheffield as a player. After just one season, he was appointed Senior Coach for 2020. However, with COVID impacting community football and Sheffield making the decision to take the season off, Aaron’s coaching journey officially got underway when the Robins returned to the field in 2021.
Since then, Aaron has spent the past six seasons helping lead our Senior side, while continuing to make an enormous impact as a player himself.
And during his time at Sheffield, he has certainly built quite the portfolio:

But Aaron’s contribution to Sheffield goes well beyond the achievements listed above.
From arriving as a player in 2019 to becoming the leader of our Senior group, Aaron has given an enormous amount of his time, energy and passion to our club, our players and the red and black.
While we are sad to see you take this step back from coaching our club, but hope to see number 11 still kicking goals for us, we are just so incredibly proud of the legacy you leave behind at Sheffield Football Club.
We’re excited to see what the future brings for you, Georgia and your three girls, and hope this next chapter gives you plenty of time to enjoy together as a family.
