GAYATRI in Deloraine is only 2 weeks away, now!!

You're invited to join Meredith Rose and like-minded souls, for a unique experience of mantra, dance, and sound!

We'll begin with ceremonial cacao to assist us in tapping in to our hearts for the setting of heartfelt intentions...

Then move into a set of live looped music by Meredith Rose - all songs of mantras in ancient vibrational languages - during which there is space to dance if you feel moved to 💃

We'll then come together in circle to chant a mala (108 repetitions) of the beautiful Gayatri mantra, asking for deep wisdom to become available to us as we traverse these potent times.

Then, all there is left to do is to create your nest (please bring everything for this), lie down, and be bathed in sound from divine healing instruments.

Mudras in yoga (hand gestures, or seals/stamps), are a powerful set of physical tools that we can leverage to influence the flow of pranic energy in our subtle body, our mind and our psyche.

They literally unlock inner states of awareness, and switch on specific qualities in our psyche, empowering us greatly.

We explore many mudras in my Friday morning class 'Stretch, Strengthen & Stir', with the intention of richly enhancing the benefits that each participant garners from the practice, adding another dimension to the asana (postures) and pranayama (conscious breathing) in aligned context.

This Friday just passed, we tapped in to the powerful shade of love that brings fierce protection, gathering wisdom around our sacred NO.

The mudra pictured here not only brings the blessings of protection and sureness of Self; it also represents and delivers a strengthening of our inner stability, and prosperity in the heart.

I'm planning to begin recording these Friday morning classes, to make it accessible to those who wish to attend but cannot due to distance and/or time.

The cost would be small, and anyone with an internet connection could access them.

And then, you get to lie down and be bathed in sacred sound from singing bowls, gong, shruti and morrrre. ✨️

This meditation features movement, mantra, mudra, bandha, and visualisation, all to original music by yours truly.

I love providing moving meditations because so many people really struggle with the whole 'sit still, empty your mind' style of meditating.

Meditations like this one give you multiple things to 'do', whilst never feeling overwhelming because it's actually quite simple, and beautiful, and profound. Especially for those on the journey of manifestation!

Furthermore, giving it to you this way will give you ample opportunity to practice and let it become familiar, because you will be able to download the videos to keep and practice along with as many times as you want!

In fact: the challenge/invitation for this one is to do it every day for 40 consecutive days.

When we practice a meditation for 40 consecutive days, we cover the 40 day cycle of the psyche, accessing a different node of memory, conditioning, and self-orientation each day.

It is an 11-minute meditation, which gives us the time with each session, to strengthen the efficacy of our inward and outward flowing energy.

Meaning, we not only get good at sending off rockets of desire, but when we magnetise the blessings to us we become more apt at letting them in.

💙Friday mornings warm my heart so much💙

Our beautiful group class has become such medicine for us all (myself included!).

Spending this precious time with such conscious, lovely, kind humans brings me (as the teacher/facilitator) just as much loveliness and peace and connection as everyone attending, and I thank you all for that.

And sometimes people tell me the difference a class or the accumulation of classes has made to their wellbeing.

Like this wonderful gentleman who has been attending regularly since Nov 2024, who speaks into the physical benefits here. (I have permission to quote).

And others who tell me the energy of our classes is their favourite part. In a safe space to come as you are, no expectations or requirements for anything else. Nourishing and nurturing, yet supremely unique and diverse and interesting.

In 90 minutes, we dive into breathwork, guided meditation, visualisation, mantra, consciousness, presence, asana, kriya, sacred sound, flow, the concept of energy and frequency, and more.

It's a gorgeous opportunity to stimulate systems of the body that have all but gone dormant, to stretch, to strengthen the muscles that otherwise get avoided, to stir away stagnancy, to energise, to boost mental health, to hold you as you move through big and small things in life. To come home to yourself and call your energy back; to recall your wholeness.

Just to inform you that I have made the decision to cancel (postpone?) the upcoming Launceston event, Enchant Your Energy.

Currently it is not truly flowing with other elements of my life, and I've learned not to wrangle or force things into existence, which is what I would've ended up doing if I went ahead with it.

That would go against the very premise of the teachings inside the workshop! So of course, I cannot do that.

Deep apologies to anyone I've disappointed.
