MEMBER SPOTLIGHT — IMOGEN ❤️

This is what showing up for yourself looks like 🥹👏

Imogen joined Snap Fitness Rockingham in January 2025, weighing around 135kg possibly more, as she’d reached a point where she’d stopped weighing herself altogether.

When she first walked into the gym, she was so nervous that the treadmill was all she felt comfortable doing. Taking that first step was intimidating, but she kept showing up.

After a PT session with Megan, Imogen remembers feeling like she couldn’t do much and feeling incredibly weak. But little by little, things started to change. She got stronger. She learnt more. Her confidence grew. And she kept going 💪

Fast forward to now… Imogen is 83kg! 🤯🔥

But this journey is about SO much more than the number on the scales.

The girl who once felt nervous walking into the gym now smashes her workouts with confidence. The gym has become her happy place, and she’s noticed just how much moving her body supports her mental health as well as her physical health 🤍

Imogen, we are SO proud of how far you’ve come. Your consistency, courage and determination are incredible, and we’re so lucky to have you as part of our Snap Rockingham community 🫶

Proud to once again support our charity partner LIVIN with the 2026 Q1 Stair Challenge! ❤️

77 floors. 230 metres. One great challenge.

The Stair Challenge brought the community together to raise awareness for mental health and encourage more open conversations.

Our Snap Fitness team was on the ground on the Gold Coast, and reaching the top on a beautiful Gold Coast winter morning was a real moment of resilience and achievement — a fitting way to finish the challenge.

We’re proud of our ongoing partnership with LIVIN and the opportunity to support the important work they do to promote mental health awareness across Australia. ❤️

Snap Fitness is proud to mark its second consecutive year as Official Gym Partner of City2Surf, one of the world's largest fun runs. 🏃

Today's event brought together 80,000 runners for the iconic 14km course from Sydney's C*D to Bondi Beach, with clear skies throughout the day.

A big thank you to NovoFit for supporting runners with a recovery zone at the finish line. Snap Fitness was on the ground supporting runners from around the globe. Congratulations to everyone who participated in the event!
