Starting this month, the last Saturday of every month at Bemore is changing.
Weβre moving away from traditional βno class timesβ and creating something bigger...
Once a month we break the mundane routines and band together to improve social ties in the club and get to the essence of what bemore is!!

Every participant will be placed into a team of 3 and take on 3 workout phases designed to challenge every aspect of fitness.

Wave 2: 8:10am - 9:00am
Open gym 9:00am - 10:00am (No bemore circuits)
