The WA Bank Holiday is coming up, so both ROAR clubs will be running a modified timetable on Monday 28 September.

9:00AM — SPARRING
10:00AM — OPEN MAT

Both sessions will be running at Rockingham & Bibra Lake.

Come down, get some rounds in and make the most of the long weekend.
