Wednesday Win ft. Kirsty Wilton

Kirsty has been a member here at PUMPT 24/7 Rockingham Gym for 15 months and follows our Train Heroic App Workout Programming and in that short time she has lost over 30kg and over 110cm (she stopped counting, fair)!!! Insane effort 🙌🏻

You can see how much Kirsty is ✨ GLOWING ✨- absolutely radiating positive vibes and confident energy as she goes about her workouts (aka party time). Not only has Kirsty been loving the gym, but her hubby is training too and the kids, Rudi & Delphi absolutely adore the crèche - a whole family affair. Nothing we love more! Kirsty, we all watch you come in and train hard, and the results certainly speak for themselves. So inspiring to other women, especially mums out there, who are looking to put themselves first and start their fitness journey!

Wednesday Win ft. ixerpaige

Paige has been training at PUMPT 24/7 Rockingham Gym for 3 years now and does Accountability Coaching with Brooke Larpent while working FIFO.

From Brooke: “Paige and I have been working together since March 2024.
In that time, Paige has lost almost 20kgs! When we started working together Paige was 103.7kgs and is now down to 85.5kgs and has lost a total of 76.5cm all over. Paige works in the FIFO industry and her original goal was to find a plan that supported her while working away, so my experience doing FIFO myself has meant that I have been able to give Paige the guidance to make sustainable changes in her life. Now her goal is to be fit and healthy not just for her, but also for her family.

Together, we have found a nutrition structure that works for her lifestyle and a personalised training plan she is able to follow while home and away at work.”

✨ Paige’s Transformation ✨

Paige has been doing a combination of Online and Accountability Coaching. Since starting together, Paige has absolutely transformed and not just physically! 🤍

📏 76.5cm lost all over
✈️ All while working FIFO and learning how to stay consistent both at home and away!

When we started, Paige’s goal was to find a training and nutrition structure that could actually work around her FIFO lifestyle. Together, we’ve focused on creating sustainable habits that she can maintain wherever she is and learning balance.

But for Paige, the thing I’m most proud of is everything that can’t be measured by the scales or a tape measure.

Paige has continued to show up for herself through some incredibly challenging times, and watching her confidence, mindset and goals evolve has been so special. What started as a weight-loss journey has become so much more, she now wants to be strong, fit and healthy for herself and her family. 🫶🏼

Paige, I am SO proud of everything you’ve achieved and even more excited for everything still to come. This transformation is so much bigger than 20kg. 🤍
