** Get Involved with Portland Little Athletics! **

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on Tuesday 2nd June, and we’re putting out a call for new committee members!

This is a great opportunity to have a say in how Little Aths is run and help shape the future of our club. There are plenty of roles available on the committee, and we’d love to welcome fresh ideas and new energy.

Not keen to join the committee? No problem! There are also many other important roles you can help with, including:

• Canteen Coordinator
• Equipment Coordinator
• Age Group Leader
• And more!

Every role, big or small, helps make our club better—and you won’t be doing it alone! Support and guidance will be provided by our outgoing committee to help you settle into your role.

🎉 Exciting news for Portland Little Athletics! 🎉

It was a little damp but tonight we celebrated Coles Community Round!! Thank you to everyone who dressed up in Red or as Fruit Salad!

Our Centre has been lucky to kick off the new season with a $1,900 grant from Coles through the 2025 Coles Little Athletics Community Fund! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

This funding has helped us purchase new turbo javelins, discuses, starting blocks, and more — making training and competition safer, smoother, and even more fun for our young athletes and amazing volunteers. 💪

A huge thank you to Coles and Little Athletics Australia for supporting grassroots sport and helping kids in our community stay active, confident, and connected. ❤️
