A note from Sarah…
Hi everyone, I’m Sarah!
I’ve been part of the STRONG Port Adelaide community since the beginning, and you may have even joined me for Tuesday night Yoga. I’m so excited to now be stepping into the studio as a trainer!
You might have seen me around the studio already. I come from a background in Yoga, Yin, and Myofascial Release. I first discovered Pilates during pregnancy to support core strength and stability—and I haven’t stopped. It’s now a foundational part of how I move and train.
What I love most about STRONG is the way it builds real, honest strength through structure, accountability, and clear progression.
Outside the studio, I’m a mum to a wildling girlie. When I’m not teaching or training—you’ll usually find me indoor bouldering, out in the sun, or up to some whimsy with friends. I’m drawn to anything that slows me down or stretches me in different ways.
I’m passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and better connect in their bodies.
