A huge WOOHOO to our ever charming, enthusiastic, energetic and delightful Paulie for joining the 250 Club!!

After many years overseas, Paulie moved back to Australia and has completely transformed his health and body in that time. 

He lifts heavy, he stretches regularly, he’s even become a runner - and he supports & encourages everyone around him 🤗🥰💪🙌
