Team Hippo would like to thank all those who came along Cycle Co. Spin Studio last Friday to help us crush cancer. It was a fun night for everyone and a great little training session for the upcoming Cancer200 ride. We also had some great prizes gifted to us generously by the following General Public Food Co, My Ride Osborne Park and alchemy saunas.

A huge thank you for Cycle Co. Spin Studio for helping us put on this event.

Today we have reached over $21,000 for the year which is huge and we are so grateful for all the support.

Team Hippo, are throwing our first Shindig this weekend. After our Team Captain Ash rode 2200km across Australia in 6.5 days, now is the time for a pint to celebrate the achievement. We’ll have games, raffles and prizes. If you’d like to pop in and support the fundraising efforts, all are welcome 🥰

As only Ash can, he ventured out solo today to try and get as much from himself as he could.
The incredible journey of 2,213 km in 6 days and 14 hours from Saturday morning in Trigg in the clutches of a cyclone to exhaustion on the other side of the Nullarbor just before Port Augusta on the side of the road. Ash made sure that every last drop of mental and physical battery was depleted.
This has taken a superhuman effort and the team are incredibly proud of Ash and are all recovering in Port Augusta.
The support in followers, messages, and most incredibly donations has been truly incredible and we can’t wait to continue building on these efforts.

This isn’t the end of Team Hippo, only the beginning.
