So on Thursday Mum reminded me that it had been two whole years since my uncle past from a heart attack.

So all I have to say is treasure!!
Treasure the time you have with the people you love. Weather that be your mum, your dad, Aunty, uncle, friends, siblings, cousins just spend time with them. Because it will be over before you know it. I wish I could go back spend more time with him but I can’t. So please don’t make the same mistake I did.

If your having a hard time go and talk with someone you love don’t bottle it up because if you don’t you might never get to tell them what you were thinking because they might not be there anymore. They might be everything to you now. But will they in two to three years time? That’s what you have to ask yourself!

So please just be there for them, talk to them. They will listen!
