🏇🥂 MELBOURNE CUP CELEBRATIONS AT TATT'S! 🏆👒

What a fantastic day at the Perth Bowling & Recreation Club celebrating the race that stops the nation!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful afternoon of racing, laughter, great company and fabulous fashions.

🍽️ A special thank you to Connoisseur Catering r for providing a delicious three-course meal that was thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.

👒 Fashions on the Field! Congratulations to all our Best Hat finalists and, of course, our fabulous winner! There were some outstanding outfits and magnificent hats on display, adding plenty of colour and glamour to the occasion.

🐎 DID YOU KNOW? WHY WE'RE CALLED "TATT'S"

Our club's nickname, Tatt's, comes from our historical association with the famous Tattersalls Club and our longstanding connection to horse racing.

In years gone by, our clubhouse was a popular gathering place for jockeys, complete with a sauna and gymnasium, while Mondays were traditionally settling day for bookmakers.

It's a wonderful piece of our club's history and makes Melbourne Cup Day an especially fitting occasion to celebrate at Tatt's!

💙💛 Once again, thank you to everyone who helped make today such an enjoyable and memorable occasion, including our wonderful staff, volunteers and catering team.

We look forward to doing it all again next year — bigger and better in 2027! 🥂🏆
