Nice work to for staying consistent & working so hard to achieve her goals! She worked her butt off & we couldn’t be more proud of her. ❤️ She is now off on an adventure before starting a new job back home & we already miss her deeply. 💞

🐨 AUS DAY TIME CHANGE 🦘

Hey 👋

Hope your having a wonderful start to the week. ☺️ I just thought i’d post a timetable of this weeks session times.

As this Wednesday (Australia day) is a public holiday & most peeps have the day off, I’ve changed the class time to 7:30 AM instead of the usual 5:30 PM.

Get it done early so you have the rest of the day to yourself! 😜

Well I’m glad the heat wave is over 🥵😅 & I’m really looking forward to this weeks training. 😊💪

MYFIT Training caters for all fitness levels while still challenging your individual limits. 🏋️

Classes run for 45 minutes using a variety of equipment & bodyweight exercises incorporating styles such as circuits, supersets, pyramids, HIIT & much more.🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

We are located at Langley Park, East Perth. 💙

Classes are just $10 per session, there are no joining fees or contracts. ☺️
