MPower provides personalized assessments and exercise therapy recommendations based on individual goals, medical history, and curr

ent ability. MPower then designs and teaches safe and effective exercise programs to help clients implement these recommendations. MPower is located in Penrith and additionally services Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury and Blacktown areas.
