#348 - Starting with celebrations to some wonderful people who love and continue to serve the Ocean Grove park run community. 100 people braved a diverted course and a headwind, to deliver some great performances and plenty of smiles!

Congratulations to you all.

Thanks Hughie G for organising the gifts for Tina Johnston and Seamo O’Connor, they will be set for all weather.

Big shout out for future volunteers, who may wish to step into the fold. We are easy going, fun, friendly, and in need. Sign up and keep us going (once a month would make a huge difference)

Retired emergency nurse Tina Johnston brings decades of care and dedication to her community work across Ocean Grove and the Bellarine Peninsula. Over the past seven years, she has served with the CFA District 7 Headquarters Brigade in key administrative and health monitoring roles during emergency operations. Tina also volunteers with Feed Me Bellarine to support local food relief and serves as event director for Ocean Grove parkrun, fostering health and connection across the region.
Tina Johnston is a finalist in the GRASSROOTS CHAMPION category for the Future Geelong Leadership Awards.

Good morning all!!! Happy days!!! Whatever the weather parkrun is always fun!!!

This Saturday we need a few volunteers to get the show happening! The tailwalker is a compulsory position to fill for us to go ahead.
