Counting down the days until the 28th Dec, which is when we start daily dose yoga at the beach.
EVERYDAY @ 8.15am (plus when predicted temps over 30 we do an additional class at 7am - it’s highly recommended to attend the earlier class). Location at good old Mick’s Steps at Ocean Grove main beach, 30 meters west of Dunes cafe, on grass not sand!
