API 2026 update.

After a huge influx of team registrations, we’ve reassessed our division caps and increased the overall team cap to 148 teams.

With 14 courts planned for the group stage, API 2026 is set to be one of the biggest dodgeball events Melbourne has ever seen.

A detailed email update has also been sent out to API subscribers with more information.

Early Bird Registration for the Asia Pacific Invitational 2026 closes on 31 May.

With 75 teams already registered and divisions filling up fast, teams are encouraged to secure their spot early and save on registration before standard pricing begins on 1 June.

Mixed Foam currently has only 3 spots remaining. Once divisions reach capacity, future registrations may be placed on a waitlist.

Solo registrations are now live on the API Player Portal.

If you do not have a team yet for the 2026 Asia Pacific Dodgeball Invititational, you can now register as a Solo Player and make yourself visible to Team Managers looking to complete their roster.

Team Managers can also use the portal to search for available players and strengthen their squad ahead of API 2026.

This is a simple way to help connect players, fill teams, and make sure more people get the chance to compete in Melbourne this September.

2026 Asia Pacific Dodgeball Invitational Melbourne

We’re excited to finally reveal our API Logo!

The design is inspired by a fusion of iconic Melbourne landmarks and our vibrant dodgeball community.

This year we have also created black and white versions of the logo to help teams choose the version that best matches their jerseys and branding.

These will be available to download for jersey use on the API website soon.

We’re excited to announce that the Asia Pacific Invitational will be held at the world class La Trobe Sports Stadium, one of Melbourne’s premier indoor sporting venues.

Two full stadium halls.�
Six basketball courts.�
Four days of world class dodgeball.

278 days from now, Melbourne becomes the meeting point for dodgeball teams from across the globe. The venue is locked, the courts are ready, and the countdown to one of the biggest dodgeball events in the Southern Hemisphere is officially on.
