Congratulations to Jayde Bowler who made her Senior Debut in our Round 9 Premier Division game against Caroline Springs on Saturday. Jayde continued on from her great form with our Under 19's Women's team, performing admirably in the rainy conditions.

SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER – HEATH BLACK

As we enter our Mental Health Rounds from 20–27 June, the Hillside Football Club invite players, parents, coaches, and members to join us for a special evening with former AFL player Heath Black.

Heath knows firsthand the challenges of living with Bipolar Disorder and ADHD. After overcoming some of life's toughest obstacles, he has rebuilt his life and now shares his powerful story to help others better understand mental health, resilience, recovery and the importance of seeking support when needed.

This promises to be an inspiring and thought-provoking session that highlights the importance of looking after our mental health and supporting those around us.

Mental health affects us all. Whether you are a player, parent, coach or volunteer we encourage you to come along listen, learn and be part of an important conversation.
