It was our birthday on Saturday. Five years of Rise. Five years of movement, learning, conversations, familiar faces and new beginnings.

But more than anything, five years of our wonderful Rise community.

To everyone who has walked through our doors, joined us for a class, returned after a break, brought a friend, tried something new or simply continued to make movement part of your week, thank you.

Your support, trust and commitment to moving with us is what makes Rise what it is. We feel incredibly grateful to have spent the past five years moving alongside you, and we’re so excited for everything still to come.
