Stop pushing into your heels when you perform RDLs…

A cue that trainers use to get people in the right position.

Not only is it super inefficient and a weaker position, but it doesn’t work as well for your glutes and hamstrings as keeping the weight more in the middle of your foot does.

Keeping your weight more “forward”, works the hamstrings and glutes more, and gets you in a much stronger position overall.
