inually challenged with constantly varied functional movements. These movements come from gymnastics, Olympic and power lifting, cardio and plyometrics to establish, improve and test your strength, stamina, flexibility, endurance, power, speed, balance, agility, co-ordination and accuracy. At Hilltop CrossFit you will be personally coached in each and every session and all movements are scalable to your ability, experience and needs. This means at Hilltop CrossFit you will be taught all the necessary skills and progressions to help you achieve the CrossFit notion of true virtuosity by building a solid foundation for all our members on all movements. The bottom line is Hilltop CrossFit believes in lifelong health and fitness no matter your age, your ability or your fitness level. But all that aside, CrossFit is about the community. You don’t just do CrossFit you become a CrossFitter! You learn together, train together and succeed together. But most of all you have fun! We’re throwing down 3 brutal events + a top 5 finals showdown. Fast sprints, heavy barbells, engine grinders — then you battle it out under the lights in an eliminator final.

Join us for our very first open Community Event for 2026, where we’ll be holding a fundraiser for HeartKids - a charity particularly close to our heart 💌

🤍 When: Saturday 14th February 8.30am
🤍 Who: CFMB Members & wider community
🤍 Where: CrossFit Mount Barker
🤍 What: A feel-good community workout to get your heart racing — all fitness levels welcome!

HeartKids is a national organisation that helps families of children born with congenital heart defects. The charity was particularly supportive when, 17 years ago our wonderful owner Michaela was in the same situation 8 families face everyday.

Everyone is welcome to join, all we ask if that you make a donation to HeartKids on the day. 🫶🏼

With the hot weather in full swing, we’re putting extra weight on training safely and smartly.

Hydration breaks, airflow on max, and coaches keeping a close eye to make sure no one’s workout gets a little too spicy.

Scaling when needed isn’t a step back, it’s a cool move. 🧊 Because progress is earned through consistency, not heat exhaustion.

So remember:

If you’ve been wondering what we’ve been up to over the break, here’s sneak peak of the renovations so far.

We’ve been ripping up flooring, cleaning equipment, ripping up more flooring, stripping the gym bare, painting walls and laying the foundations for 2026 PRs. 💪🏽👷🏽‍♂️👷🏼‍♀️

We’ve even restructured the gym to make your workout experience even better! With improved flow and easier access to equipment, it’s all about helping you crush your goals safely and efficiently. You might have even noticed a bold new colour scheme to match. 😉 We can’t wait to see you on the new floor!
