Southern Athletic Club offers a friendly social atmosphere to participate in Athletic events from cross country in the winter to track and field events throughout the summer. Since 198

9 Southern Athletes have trained and competed at all levels from social twilight meets to Commonwealth gold medals, enjoying the experience whilst staying fit and healthy. Catering to everyone’s aspirations from getting fit or cross training for other sports to elite national competition Southern Athletic Club’s accredited coaches will help you set and achieve the goals which you aspire to. It caters for all track and field events with accredited coaches. Training is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30pm-6:00pm. There are regular competitions at santos stadium from October to March. Cross Country events are also held in winter.

Online entries close Wednesday at midnight!

If you’re reading this while pretending to work, you’ve got enough time to enter. 😜

Don’t leave it until 11:58pm and then blame the Wi-Fi, the dog, your running buddy, or Mercury being in retrograde.

Get your entry sorted, round up your team (or back yourself solo), and join us for six hours of grass-track fun, friendly suffering, and great vibes.

We’ll see you at Knox Park. Just don’t be the person asking on Thursday if entries are still open.
