Our STAFFED HOURS are:

9am - 2pm Monday - Friday
4pm - 7pm Monday - Thursday
9am - 12pm Saturday We are a 24 hour gym, family owned and community-based.

We offer Group fitness classes, child minding facilities (Creche) and a wide range of Strength & cardio equipment. Come down and check us out, you won't be disappointed. :)

I’ve been a member at Oasis for many years and truly love the strong sense of community here. That’s why I’m so excited to be bringing my personal training business into this space and sharing my passion for fitness with you.

With over 20 years of experience as an aged care nurse, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to build and maintain muscle mass to support strength and independence at every stage of life.

Whether you’re just starting out, returning after a break, or building on your fitness, my goal is to support you in a way that feels safe, achievable, and empowering—so you can feel stronger, more confident, and capable for years to come.

We’re excited to announce that YOGA with the lovely Ivana will be kicking off this Saturday from 10.15am-11am 🥳

This will be a permanent class on our timetable moving forward YAY!! 🧘‍♀️

Our staff and PT’s are going to enjoy a well deserved break over this festive season 😊

Our gym will be unstaffed from Dec 24th 2025 until Jan 4th 2026, returning to normal as of Mon 5th.

There will be no reception, classes or crèche operating during this period.

*Please also note our last class for the year will be on Tuesday 23rd at 9.15am, there will be no Strong class at 7pm*

All members will have 24 hour access, so please don’t forget your key tag!

We hope you all have an amazing Christmas and New Years, and enjoy everything this time of the year has to offer 🎄🎅🌟
