If you're a rower, just substitute the word "rower" in place of "runner" because everything said in this article can easily pertain to rowing. Or any other exercise that causes your mind to think it knows better than the rest of you. Keep going!

Today was arm and balance day. I did okay with 2 minutes on the wobble board, but really need work with the one leg balance which I did first. I did 2 30sec reps on each leg but didn't make the whole 30 secs on either leg.

Last week I moved up to the 4kg dumbbell and am still getting comfortable with it. Shoulder Press and Bicep curls I was able to do 20 reps on a side (2 10rep sets), but Lateral Raises and Triceps 10 was my limit. Chest Flies I did 12 reps with 1 bar on the machine. Lat Pull Downs I did 30 reps (3x 10rep sets) with 2 bars. I might just be back up to 3 bars on this one.

Kicking my own butt in the Gym!
1hr 21min: Balance board, Dumbbells, Step Ups, Lunges, Squats, Lat Pulldowns, Quads, Chest Flies, Leg Press, Deadlifts (YES!), Wall Pushups, and the punching bag just to use up any 'spare energy' left in me. Sweat, some tears, some woots! The whole lot!!!
