Congratulations to our Number 10 Kyriako Skouroumounis for entering the Top 10 League Goalscorers in Raptors History after his opener against Tea Tree Gully on Sunday!

Kyriako has now reached 27 goals in only 33 League matches, surpassing two club legends in Jonathon Scali and Bill Cagialis.

Having joined midway through 2024 under Steve Koutsouvelis, Kyriako scored 10 goals in 10 games winning the golden boot in his first year at the club. He banged in another 14 goals in 2025 as the A’s won Division Two. He has now made history with his 3rd goal of this league season!

With a bright future ahead of him, who knows where he will end up on the all time chart...

Stephen Leung after joining the club in 2023 played his 50th match in Friday nights defeat at the hands of Noarlunga.

The raptors stalwart was made captain of our Cs last year by coach Vas Georgiou after a couple of solid seasons with the Cs. This year he is again a part of that leadership group.

Stephen, a solid defender has also played some vital games as a goalkeeper and is always willing to put his hand up at training to help our first team out when required. He was even in goals in 2024 when the Raptors reserves won at Red Blue Eagles 6-2! We aren’t quite sure why he loves being goalie as much as he does, given his importance to his team as a defender, some may refer to his total lack of fitness as a major reason he loves being between the sticks.

We look forward to his next 50 games and hopefully a goal, a feat he hasn’t managed yet not even at training.
