Due to a cancellation, we now have one spot available in our Monday ladies’ riding group 🐴💛

Whether you’re looking to get back in the saddle or you’re completely new and would love to learn to ride, you’re very welcome.

The group starts Monday 12 October and is a relaxed, supportive way to enjoy time with the horses, build confidence and meet some lovely people.

Our other adult/ladies’ groups are now full, so this is the only adult riding spot currently available for next term.

Maggie update 🐑💛

After two full days of total confinement, Maggie has officially decided she’s leaving home. 😂

Just kidding — she was only making a very determined escape attempt to find some sweet green grass in the shade.

She’s still looking a little worse for wear, but she’s up, moving around and clearly hasn’t lost her appetite or her attitude. We’re taking that as a very good sign. 💛

Still lots of rest and healing ahead for our girl, but she’s certainly keeping us entertained along the way.

And yes… Franklin is still enjoying his well-earned hero status. 🐴⭐

🐴 Franklin the Hero 🦸‍♂️💛

Yesterday our much-loved, chip-and-cake-loving sheep Maggie was attacked by a dog.

According to the witness, Franklin came to her defence — kicking and headbutting the dog, then standing between it and Maggie until human help arrived.

Maggie sustained some serious injuries, but there is no doubt Franklin’s intervention made a huge difference and may well have saved her life. ❤️

After a late-night trip to the vet for assessment and medication, Maggie has made it through the night, and we’re feeling optimistic that she will make a full recovery.

And as for Franklin… there will definitely be extra treats for our brave boy today. 🥕🍎

Not all heroes wear capes. Some have four legs, a big heart, and look after their mates. 🐴💛

New uniforms have officially arrived at Little Ranch! 💕🐴

We’re loving the new shirts — bright, practical and definitely easy to spot around the arena.

There may have also been a little extra enthusiasm about being included in the uniform photos… judging by our very committed photobomber 😂
