300yds today due to the VERY wet ground at all the shooting mounds, oozing water everywhere!
Very pleased to welcome new members, Eric and D'Arcy, who shot well for the first time, and enjoyed it!
As per one of the photos, it is a long time since our club has had 3 ladies shooting on the mound at the same time.
Today was one of the 3 Saturdays in the year that we seem to get which is almost totally calm, maybe 2/3rds left, a nice change indeed!!

I am dragging the chain somewhat as this post and photos are from a fortnight ago when we shot 400yds in great weather if a little damp underfoot.
We had 8 shooters on the day and top off TR rifle was Eric with a credible 104.14, a clear 3 points ahead of the nest shooter.

Scores from the 2 Day shoot at Wingham. 4 TR shooters completed the 2 days without dropping a shot and Saturday was won by our own Eric Dyason in A Grade with 150.24, (50.8, 50.9, 50.7 over 400, 500 and 600 yds.) That is a seriously good hit, Eric.
A good number of shooters competed over the weekend which is very good to see.

We were to shoot 600yds today but due to a small technical hiccup, we shot 300yds.
Weather was cool and damp but no actual rain on the mound. Another excellent double possible from Alistair with 105.12, but the stage of the day went to Eric with 55.9, finishing 1 point behind Dad with 104.13.

We are on back on the range again next week being the 5th Sat.

An excellent shoot by Alistair with a double possible (105.15) hotly pursued by Bethany with a single possible.

1st possibles are a big deal and should be celebrated.

Karen's first handicap win today, all that practice at Inverell last weekend certainly paid off!

600mts on Saturday in fine and clear conditions with 2-3 mins coming in from the right (and then from the left) and a lot of mirage!
Only 5 shooters today, with a few away involved in other things.
Bethany was top shot on handicap for the first time with 101.5 in difficult conditions, returning a very good elevation shoot in the first stage.
