Let me explain a little more about what you can expect here…
Being stage-ready isn’t the goal - yes I’m currently undergoing a transformation but not at the expense of my overall movement quality.
The culture’s different and so is the science.
Isolated training builds muscle there’s no denying that, but people get stronger and move less efficiently, and that shows up as injury later.
I don’t count calories. It takes more nuance than most people have time for today, ingredient lists and marketing make most food look healthier than it is, and it’s failed so many people from a practical standpoint not only because of the above but also because most people who count calories only change how much they eat, not what they eat.
Eat more whole foods and you’ll feel the difference.
Peptides and testosterone? I’m all for them therapeutically - when someone actually needs them. But, they’re now being used for aesthetics, to chase and create results beyond natural, all in the name of selling something.
The long-term cost both physical and financial, is real. We just haven’t seen it YET.
The 5am two-hour grind? I’ve stepped away from it. Slow mornings with my kids do more for me than any early session. Some mornings are intense but most don’t need to be. Success isn’t about what time you wake up.
If any of all of this sounds a little like you, you’re in the right place.
