New Paddler program - Day 1.

15 minutes after getting on the boat, these new paddlers are looking great and having a good time.
It was beautiful on the water, we missed seeing the seals tossing fish around and fighting the seagulls, so we will be back next Saturday.

Here we GO!

Another season begins.

It's full of training, regattas, training, more regattas, some social events, Mallacoota mayhem, and lots more in-between.

The boats are clean and the weather is fine.

Fabulous day for a walk along the Bundian way in Eden. No photographic proof, but a pod of jumping dolphins were seen in the bay. Finished off with a great cuppa at Ishmaels cafe in Eden.

Damp morning for a circuit session. Round 1 lower body, round 2 upper body. 5 exercise per round, 45s on 25 rest, 3 sets.
These lovely ladies were up for the challenge or was it the promise of coffee ☕☕🤔.
