Our 45 degree/GHD/Hyper extension!
A much much more comfortable position for your quads and calf, along with the ability to collapse and become the most grueling and humbling posterior chain/hamstring exercise.

Introducing our newest addition to the ever upgrading machinery.
The Linear Row/Smith Row machine.
Connor had been looking to replace our seated T-Bar Row machine for a while but we could never find an adequate replacement. That was until he walked into a gym in Dalbeattie (Scotland) and found one of the smoothest dual purpose row machines. He had been looking for an Australian supplier ever since!

Today we unveil this amazing machine, perfect for Bent Over Rows, T Bar Rows and Weighted Back Extensions.
- cushioned upright position
- cushioned chest supported position
- smooth motion
- fully adjustable handles for pronation or supination
- static straight bar for over hand or underhand.

Come in and try it out for yourself and ask staff if you need!
