What a fantastic day of junior tennis at the Merimbula JDS Tournament! We were treated to some outstanding matches, great sportsmanship, and plenty of determination from all players who competed. A special congratulations to both our local players Pippa Barton and Aiden Ruth winning their Tiers this weekend very well done.

Sapphire Coast Tennis and Merimbula Tennis Club are excited to be hosting two Junior Development Series (JDS) tournaments on Saturday 20 June and Sunday 21 June 2026.
The JDS is part of the official Tennis Australia Junior Pathway and provides a fantastic opportunity for young players to experience tournament tennis in a fun, supportive and competitive environment.

Congratulations to Pippa Barton, who competed in the New South Wales Champion of Champions this past weekend. She won all her matches, made it to the final, and finished as the runner-up in the event. She is now officially one of the top two New South Wales regional tennis players in her age group. Well done, Pippa!
