Training update peeps.
Prep is definitely preppin yo but I have to say ya boi is pleased with his performance during this dieting phase. We have really managed our variables for recovery which is allowing us for consistent performance across all training sessions each week.
Proper warmups, small energy deficit, weekly deep tissue have all played a big role. The result is in the visuals too fam, only minor issue is my left knee but I’ve been able to make the necessary adjustments to my program so I can continue to push the training. Bodybuilding is a malleable sport, no exercise is mandatory so my advice is to do the exercises you enjoy, that fit your structure and allow you to make consistent progress long term.
P.s getting closer to that signature BK conditioning.
