After a long break, we are excited to bring back our CM Monthly 9-Ball Tournament!

Our goal is to bring back a regular monthly tournament where players of all levels can compete, improve, and enjoy a fair, competitive, and enjoyable pool environment.

๐ข TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The CM Braybrook Monthly 9-Ball Tournament will be played in a Double Elimination format, giving every player a second chance while creating a fair, competitive, and enjoyable tournament experience.
๐ฏ 100% of all entry fees are returned to players through prize money and the CM Monthly Jackpot.
๐ฑ Table fees are not included in the entry fee. The losing player pays a flat $10 table fee for each match lost.

Highest Finish (H / I / K Grade) โ $50
Awarded to the highest-finishing H, I, or K grade player who does not finish in the Top 4.

๐ CM MONTHLY JACKPOT
โข $100 will be added to the CM Monthly Jackpot for every monthly tournament with 24 or more registered players.
โข The jackpot starts at $100 and increases by $100 each qualified monthly tournament until won.
โข If there are fewer than 24 registered players, the existing jackpot will remain and carry over to the next qualified tournament.
โข The jackpot will never decrease until it is won.
โข To win the jackpot, a player must legally pocket four (4) or more object balls on the break without scratching or committing any foul.
โข If more than one player qualifies during the tournament, the jackpot will be shared equally.
โข All Tournament Director decisions are final.

The handicap ball must be pocketed legally to win the rack.

โข Capable of producing back-to-back Break & Runs (2-pack or more) in competition.
โข Consistently completes full-table run-outs from both open and difficult layouts.
โข Exceptional cue ball control, position play, and pattern management.
โข Delivers controlled, effective breaks with a high Break & Run conversion rate.
โข Demonstrates advanced tactical play, including safety exchanges and kicking systems.
โข Performs consistently under pressure with very few unforced errors.

โข Frequently completes full-table run-outs on open layouts.
โข Typically runs 6โ8 balls in a single inning.
โข Very good cue ball control and position play.
โข Effective break with solid table control.
โข Strong understanding of pattern play and safety.
โข Consistent performer but does not regularly produce consecutive Break & Runs.

โข Typically runs 5โ7 balls in a single inning.
โข Capable of completing run-outs on favourable layouts.
โข Good cue ball control with occasional positional errors.
โข Understands pattern play and basic safety.
โข Solid fundamentals with developing consistency.

โข Typically runs 4โ6 balls in a single inning.
โข Occasionally completes a run-out on open tables.
โข Fair cue ball control with some positional inconsistencies.
โข Basic understanding of position play and safety.
โข Still developing consistency and table management.

โข Typically runs 3โ5 balls in a single inning.
โข Rarely completes a full-table run-out.
โข Inconsistent cue ball control and position play.
โข Limited use of tactical safety.

โข Unable to complete run-outs consistently.

โ๏ธ PLAYER CLASSIFICATION & FAIR PLAY
โข Players are responsible for registering in the correct skill grade.
โข Any player found to have intentionally entered an incorrect grade or attempted to gain an unfair advantage through sandbagging will be immediately disqualified without refund and may be banned from future CM Billiards Club tournaments.
โข The Tournament Director reserves the right to review or adjust any playerโs classification before or during the event.
โข The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the tournament format, race lengths, handicaps, or player classifications if necessary to ensure fair competition.
โข All Tournament Director decisions are final.
